Bears Lose Game 6, Game 7 Wednesday

The Hershey Bears were defeated by the Cleveland Monsters in Game Six of the AHL Eastern Conference Finals on Monday (June 10). The game, which ended in a 3-2 overtime loss for the Bears, was held at the GIANT Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The defeat means the series will now proceed to a decisive Game Seven. The winner-take-all matchup is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday (June 12) at the GIANT Center.

The Bears and Monsters have been battling it out in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference Finals since Thursday, May 30. The series has seen a mix of home and away games for both teams, with the Bears hosting Games 1, 2, 6, and the upcoming Game 7 at the GIANT Center, while the Monsters hosted Games 3, 4, and 5 at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland.

The Bears' loss in Game Six follows a series of intense matches between the two teams. The winner of Game Seven will proceed to the Calder Cup Finals, the championship playoff tournament of the American Hockey League.

The game will be broadcast on Antenna TV (FOX43.2) and Monumental Sports Network, with the award-winning Voice of the Bears, Zack Fisch, calling the action alongside analysis from former Hershey Bears captain Garrett Mitchell, FOX43's Todd Sadowski, and Ryan Ye. AHL Hall of Famer and Bears legend Mitch Lamoureux will provide intermission analysis.(
