(Harrisburg, PA) -- Hunters who are intending on applying for their anterless deer licenses this year are being reminded to not apply too early. The Dauphin County Treasurer's Office is reminding hunters that applications will only be accepted starting July 12th. Any applications that are received earlier than that date will be returned unopened. The cost for a state-resident anterless deer license is about seven-dollars, and it is almost 27-dollars for a non-resident license.
